We make cotton sliver, cotton buds and cosmetic cotton from 100% Egyptian cotton in 6th of October City, Giza — and sell them under the Pony and Bee brands.
One factory, every step
Most cotton bud brands buy their cotton from someone else. We make our own. Egyptian cotton fibre comes into our factory, is processed into sliver, whitened with hydrogen peroxide and formed into buds and pads on our own automated line.
That is why other manufacturers buy our sliver for their own products — and why the cotton in a Pony or Bee bud is the same cotton we supply to them.
