How we make it

From Egyptian cotton fibre to a sealed jar, every step happens in our own factory — on an automated line, under ISO 9001:2015.

From fibre to finished pack

Five steps, one roof.

  1. Egyptian cotton

We start from 100% natural Egyptian cotton fibre.

  2. Cotton sliver

The fibre is processed into a uniform sliver of 1.5, 5 or 7 g/m.

  3. Whitening

Bleached with hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), not chlorine.

  4. Forming

Cotton tips are formed onto sticks on our automated line.

  5. Packing

Sealed in hygienic jars and pouches, microbiologically checked.

Why hydrogen peroxide, not chlorine

Raw cotton has to be whitened before it touches skin. Many producers use chlorine. We use hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), which breaks down into water and oxygen.

The result is pure white cotton with no chlorine left in the tip — which is why our labels say "chlorine-free".
